Ad Hoc Lab for Conceptual History is a temporary research group that aims to develop new methodologies for conceptual history. The lab intends to seek new methodologies to better understand the conceptual history in Korea, East Asia, and non-western countries formed by accepting Western concepts. Ad Hoc Lab for Conceptual History examines new methodologies for conceptual history by securing Big Data, the new analysis tool, and at the same time, explores the possibility of convergent methodologies, interacting with other academic fields. Furthermore, it hopes to figure out the added value by discovering the public and private usefulness of the conceptual history.
